MARK RUFFALO - Mark Alan Ruffalo (born
November 22, 1967)is an American actor, director, humanitarian and producer. He
has portrayed theMarvel Comics character Dr. Bruce Banner / the Hulk in The
Avengers (2012) and Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Other notable films in
which he has starred or co-starred are You Can Count on Me (2000), Collateral
(2004), 13 Going on 30 (2004), Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004),
Just Like Heaven (2005), Zodiac (2007), Shutter Island (2010), Now You See Me
(2013), andBegin Again (2013). For his roles in The Kids Are All Right (2010)
and Foxcatcher (2014), he received Academy Award nominations for Best
Supporting Actor. He won a SAG Award and received Emmy and Golden Globe
nominations for The Normal Heart, which he also produced.

November 22, 1937 – The first edition of the West African Pilot was published in Nigeria. The West African Pilot was a newspaper founded by Nnamdi Azikwe to “wage (a) war of independence against the British colonial rule.” Although published with different names in different cities, the West African Pilot became the first newspaper chain that was sold in the three major regions of the country – Northern, Eastern and Western.
1963 – In Dallas, Texas, US President John F. Kennedy is assassinated and Texas Governor John Connally is seriously wounded.
