OGUN POLICE ARREST SUSPECTS OVER PRODUCTION OF FAKE NUMBER PLATES, FORGED DOCUMENTS

The Police detectives attached to sagamu Division have intercepted and arrested some suspects who specialise in producing fake number plates for motorcycles in Ogun, Lagos and other south west states with forged licences or documents in sagamu and Lagos respectively.The Police Detectives, who were acting on a complaint received from the task Force established by Associations of commercial motorcyclists that some people Venture into illegal production of number plates and the like, arrested the suspects and handed over to the command monitoring unit for further Investigation.The command monitoring unit, after interrogation of the suspects then moved to Lagos to pick one of the ring leaders of the syndicate, who is now at large, recently and recovered some Of their unlawful items including 17(seventeen) fake number plates, computer systems, forged documents, Bajaj motorcycle with fake Reg No OGUN PKA 903 WG, Laminating Machine, difference motorcycle documents, stamp etc.The suspects are IDOWU ADEBAJO, M, and MUYIWA DUROJAIYE, M. The suspects will be charged to court as soon as the command completes its investigation.
